Tinplate
Indispensable in daily life, tin plate is a reliable material boasting an attractive luster and excellent corrosion resistance.
Tin Free Steel（Hi-Top）
Hi-Top is applied in various fields as an advanced tin plate material. Hi-Top is an advanced tin plate material that we were the first in the world to successfully commercialize.
Hi-Top is tin-free steel, which means that tin is not used in the plating process, with an electrolytic chromic acid process used to form thin and uniform layer on the steel sheet. Hi-Top has excellent corrosion resistance and paintability, and is used in a wide range of applications including crown caps, white caps for bottling, and printing plate-making materials.
Laminated Steel Sheet（Hi-Pet）
Hi-Pet is a safe, environmentally friendly material used for beverage cans.
Hi-Pet is a film-laminated steel sheet originally developed by us. One leading application is the TULC can. Making cans from this material means that painting and cleaning processes can be eliminated, resulting in environmentally friendly cans with significantly reduced CO2 emissions and zero wastewater. Application for food cans and 18-liter cans are also expected.
“TULC can” stands for Toyo ULtimate Can. Developed by Toyo Seikan Co., Ltd.
Functional film for container（Fine Cast Film）
Non-stretch polyester film that we independently developed for stretch-draw-ironing cans. It is also being developed for resin decorative steel sheets.

Nickel-plated Steel Sheet（Ni-Top）
Nickel is not easily oxidized at high temperatures, and has excellent corrosion resistance against alkalis and chemicals.
